All massages are conducted with organic, high-grade oils. All essential oils used for aromatherapy are from Mountain Rose Herbs. If you want more extensive stretching, please wear bike or gym shorts. 

Deep Tissue Massage - Uses a variety of techniques to break up soft tissue adhesions, improve range of motion, and correct alignment. Focuses on pain relief and addressing specific issues. Involves deeper fascia and muscle work, but pressure is very adjustable based on specific client needs. $100/60 min $150/90 min $200/120 min

Swedish Massage - Uses specific rhythmic strokes to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. Focuses more on gentle general attunement. $100/60 min $150/90 min $200/120 min

Prenatal Massage - Addresses the specific discomforts that accompany the postural changes of an expecting woman. Uses props and side-lying postures to prevent abdominal pressure. Every prenatal experience is a little different and sessions are easily modified to accommodate those differences. $100/60 min $150/90 min
